Coronation Mark 563 Installation
 
On the 6th February 2020 the Provincial team visited the Coronation Lodge for the installation of W/Bro Roy Smith, which is his second time as Master, the last time being in 1983.
The Worshipful Master Keith Walton welcomed the R. W. Bro Keith Alan Beardmore and all the Provincial Team into Coronation Mark Lodge.
The R.W. Bro Keith Alan Beardmore expressed his pleasure at being once again back at Garston Masonic Hall, and to see all the friendly faces. He then introduced all of the Provincial team, explaining which area they came from also Rank, Lodge, and also their hobbies.
For the purpose of the installation W/ Bro Keith Walton called the following to assist, W/Bro Steve Lyon (as Installing master), S.W. W/Bro Dave Rigby to occupy the chair of J.W., W/Bro Hughie O Neil, and W/Bro Phil Lyon as inner Guard.
W Bro Steve Lyon then proceeded with the Installation through the inner workings. W/Bro Keith Walton then invested his IPM W/bro Roy Smith as IPM and thanked him for his assistance in gaining the chair of Coronation Mark Lodge.
The Brethren were then invited in to the Lodge room for the continuance of the Ceremony.
W Bro Derek Horrocks Invested the Master with Key stone and Hall stone Collaret’s and offered the presentation of the same.
Addresses were given as following to the Master W Bro Derek Horrocks, to the Wardens and the Overseers from W Bro Dave Rigby.
 
The R. W. Bro Keith Alan Beardmore carried out the Address to the Brethren and then thanked all who had taken part in the ceremony.
The Worshipful Master then offered two Cheques
£100 to the West Lancashire Mark Charities and  £100 to the Garston Masonic Building Fund.
